At Enesco Gift Shop, we want you to be delighted with your home decor and collectibles. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original Enesco branded packaging and protective wrap to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
